We present important faunistic records from Czechia and Slovakia obtained mainly in 2025. In Czechia, four empty shells of Paralaoma servilis represent the first national record, although an established outdoor population remains unconfirmed. A molecularly identified colony of Cernuella virgata was found on a green roof in Bratislava, while Ambigolimax parvipenis was anatomically confirmed from a garden centre in Veľký Biel, Slovakia. The repeated occurrence of Ambigolimax valentianus in Olomouc was verified anatomically and by cytochrome c oxidase subunit 1 (COI) sequencing. New records document the continuing spread of Krynickillus melanocephalus, Tandonia kusceri, Hygromia cinctella, Potamopyrgus antipodarum, Sinanodonta woodiana, and Viviparus acerosus. Additional records of Mediterranean species associated with horticultural trade include Eobania vermiculata, Theba pisana, and Xerotricha conspurcata in western Slovakia. Empty shells of Valvata macrostoma, likely introduced by human activity, were found in Prague. Important aquatic findings include large populations of Anisus septemgyratus in southern Moravia and southern Slovakia, new localities of Gyraulus rossmaessleri, and new or confirmed occurrences of Pisidium amnicum, Pseudanodonta complanata and Unio crassus/U. nanus. The first record of Viviparus viviparus from the Úslava River is reported. Noteworthy terrestrial records include a new South Bohemian locality of Cochlicopa nitens, a recollection and a new colony of the endemic Cochlodina cerata opaviensis, and new populations of Pupilla alpicola, Vertigo angustior, V. geyeri, V. lilljeborgi, and V. moulinsiana. Detailed locality data are provided.
